Gotta ogle someone. Better her than you. She's a lot easier on my eyes. And she feeds me.

    You are welcome.

OCK and I have made it a RC tradition to tag team and put together a great outdoor dinner banquet.

It's always a pleasure to cook for a great group of peeps with hearty appetites. At home I don't get the chance. I have ALL girls and they all eat like mice.

Don't try to get all the camping and outdoor cooking gear too fast too soon. My stuff I've accumulated over many years.

Try to get a good sense of what's out there and what other people use.

For example, I love Bryan's grill, OCK s coffee percolator and I'm lusting after Craig's DYI cooking station
I wish Bryans grill didn't have the folding/rolling stand (takes too much space) and would fit into @HomerTaco 's cooking station. I could cook, grill and make coffee in a neat little package. That's my goal.

    Ummmm...
Go slow and don't go up too high?
Rear drivers side tire is about a quarter inch lifted from the ground.

So do they have something with springs to get me 3 1/4 inch lift? And what about the rear? Should that come up?

This. ^^^. I think 700s are probably good, unless you run into coil bind when you preload them. In which case I'll buy 'em from you.

Stop it now. We don't need that here. I'm trying to bring her back.

There you go... Icon and King are competitive with each other... but if I had the money couch like Jimmy i would have spent this instead of 1400 on the OME lift...

Downsouth motorsports is who I recommend... Micah offers some nice discount for being a member of the forum sometimes depending on what you buy and how much you are spending...

Sadly I didn't live my motto with "buy once cry once"

The kit I have is still great but not top of the line. Its totally capable of everything. Its what Ryan runs as well. So do others here too.

Give DSM a call and talk to Micah. Do your research and ask around... ride in different trucks with different setups to see what you really like and want.

Dakars are usually 600 TCs are 700 give or take...

Also most of the guys would be very willing to help with the install... don't go paying someone to install shit that would cost you some beers and pizzas

Hate to say it, but the guys are right, you gotta sell that bumper, or you need to spend about 20k$ on a SAS and 8" lift to 35s. That chin on the bumper looks good, but your going to drag the shit out of it.

When you pick Dakars on the back you'll gain 3 to 4", and put a little rake back on the truck. And that's going to tip the front down a little, making it worse.

Sell the bumper on eBay or Craigslist, and get a @Mobtown Offroad or a @Pelfreybilt or @CBI Offroad Fab or @RelentlessFab or get one of us who fabs stuff to make you a custom one.

5K$ is an awesome budget, even including a new front bumper. You can go all in with new arms, coilovers, Dakars, and shocks. Probably still have money to buy the wife a nice dinner :)

Alternatively, try to get the bumper and lift in for 3K and get 285x17 tires, and an ARB air locker for the back.

Fab Fours fit and finish is money, but they're far too large for off-roading.

tbh I'd rather suffer through an install myself than drag anyone else into trying to get parts off my truck. It will not be fun.
