30-50k here. No way it's lasting that long.

I use Dino oil as that's what my 4.0 was designed for/ came with @5k intervals. 30-50k year at 5 k intervals = 6-10 times / year on average

Fortunately FJ has the oil filter mounted on top of the engine, so it's ridiculously easy to change the oil. Plus fumoto valve makes it simple and cleanish.

 

3 of my toys don't see enough sunlight to get more than 1 per year

 

You change the batteries weekly though....

 

I only need a battery on maybe the BMW. Mama has battery tenders

 

That's one of my biggest complaints about Ford vehicles, and it's been on every vehicle I've owned from them. They seem to love the horizontal oil filter mount in terrible locations. I'm getting better, but I have yet to change the oil in the Ford and not end up with at least some oil on the ground. It's embarrassing.
