    Meth and heroin to be specific. It's easier to find that than a joint!

    People move to the city I work in (Huntington, WV) just to sell/buy drugs because they know that they narcan for free, you get amnesty if you call in the OD, and there are "rehabs" all over the city.
    It hasn't spilled into Ashland, KY (where I live, sort of) as of yet. Only a matter of time though.

    I know! The pro firefighter I work with feels the same way.

    Doesn't help that Narcan auto-injectors they and EMT and PD use went from $800 up to over $3k a shot!

    How do you think people get access to those pharmaceuticals? Their doctors write prescriptions. And who pushed (incentivized) the doctor to write them so often? The pharmaceutical reps. You can blame the streets all you wants want for the problems, but they're just the bottom of the spectrum
