My wife wanted one of those things. They start at like 1500$. I just got done with one of those overpriced tempurepedic pieces of shit and didn't feel like spending that much money again, so we got a T&N. 700$ for a king and I sleep great.

I've got a Calif King firm Pillow top Gel hybrid mattress with individual pocketed coils and it is the most comfortable mattress I've ever had . only problem its a tall mattress so you gotta climb up into it and then jump out of it

    Picked something up today

I got the IFS skid on to test fit and mark to cut the oil drain hole. I tried to put the mid skid on and either I was trying to put it on wrong or I'm going to have to extend it about 2". Back and shoulder couldn't take it anymore so took everything off and came inside

Good afternoon. Woke up to frost on the windsheld and in the 20's. It is almost 60 now with sun out and have windows open in the house. Back to the 30's-40's rest of the week so will take advantage of it!

I think Jim does the MOVE thing everyday at work, unlike me and many others, and could likely could eat like that more than 8 times a year with no harm.

Grew up on farms and the meals we ate for breakfast made Jim's meal look like a snack. And most nutritionist today would tell you what we ate is going to kill you. Instead if the farm machinery didn't kill you most of those farmers lived to their 90's or more.

Now about those Krispy Kreme doughnuts damn can't stop thinking about them LOL. Living in Med City full of health nuts KK couldn't make a go of it here, twice they tried. What is wrong with these people?! Being CO of my own LSD now (Large Steel Desk) just looking at a doughnut is enough to cause my blood work to go out of whack and 5 pounds to my belly.

:pout: sorry Mike. That really sucks and I absolutely HATE that part of having a canine companion. Still miss my avatar pup and she's been gone 6 years now. But also couldn't imagine not having a pup around.

    :woot: That's not enough cleco's!!! :D

I like mine, but it's also 12 years old.

    Get shorter bed legs? :notsure:

:anonymous: hiya Chris. Enjoying your day off?

    afternoon all

Part of the problem is most people don't work off what they eat...and as we get older our metabolism slows down. When i was working in the woods and ranches my lunchbox had 4 sandwiches, a can of fruit, an apple, banana, chips, jerky, a couple sodas, sunflower seeds and whatever else wasn't nailed down. Now it would take me 4 or 5 lunches to eat some of that.

It's good you're taking them serious. If you really want to feel like you're starving, use measuring cups and spoons and only take the RDA for a meal. When you can get through that and start leaving food on your plate, then you're making headway.

I'm eating (1) healthy meal per day which is well within nutrition guidelines then I drink 1-2 Muscle Milk Pro shakes followed by healthy snacks and I'm doing very well

I'm on a 1900 calorie per day diet , basically my weight which is 235 add a 0 so now that's 2350cal then subtract 500 and that's my caloric intake per day
