That could be annoying. Did you reach out to Tepui Customer Service by chance? I'm currently dealing with an issue with them at the moment...

I suspect customer service was not contacted, because the issues would have been resolved. Not saying his comments are invalid, just fixable.
I have also used both types of ladders and prefer the telescoping one hands down, and there are a number of customers here on TW that have CVT tents that have ordered Tepui telescoping ladders from me. That doesn't necessarily mean one is definitely better than the other. I think it points more to a personal preference. Some like the sliding ladder, others don't.

Are you getting your issue resolved? Let me know if there is something I can help with.

What's the price point on said ladder?

I did not. I knew I wanted a bigger tent, so I just sold it as is and disclosed it to the buyer and tried a different brand since I wasn't impressed with the quality of my Tepui.
you would have sent me a better ladder?

it's a preference. some people like the telescopic. I do not, and I stated why. simple enough.

    Check The Build Thread
That means they'll have to deliver it to you with a truck that has a lift gate on the back of it so the driver can get it off the truck by himself without a forklift or loading dock.

I stow my annex support bar the same way. Never occurred to me to put it inside the tent, actually.

Hey guys I just got my CVT Mt Shasta all mounted a few weeks ago and have a couple questions. First what kind of sheets do you guys use? I'm thinking just a non fitted will work best but just wanting to see what you all use. And second the four bungies that came I assume attach to the four rings around the window to help pull the canvas in when closing it. How have you guys strung those to make them actually work? Other than that this thing is freaking awesome, been wanting one for the better part of ten years!

Edit: Can't figure out how to post a pic while on my phone but it looks like every other tan Mt Shasta haha

A dolly with wheels will come in handy... Even in the future when transporting these bad boys.
