I'm sure we can do that. Fair warning though, I wheel slow because I like my kidneys, and all the bolts in my truck, where they are now.

And I didn't. I honestly can't afford them right now. Even at a deal. I'd have to get new UCA's, which I need to do anyway because one of mine is popping, and even that isn't in the cards right this moment. I think I'm going to wait for a set of OME 885/887/888's to pop up cheap and just see what happens.

I used to have a 2 door XJ on a bastard lift and 33's that I wheeled the piss out of. It was my $1500 masterpiece. That thing followed geared and locked Wranglers on 35's through a LOT of stuff it shouldn't have. If I still had it, I'd meet you at Potts right now.

I ran most of the trail Saturday in 2WD. I honestly only threw it in 4L for the gearing, not because I needed it in 4WD. I'm confident that as long as it was dry like it was this weekend, we could get you up there taking Union Springs. But like Mike said, there's 2 other ways up. One way is pretty much a gravel road. The other I know you'd have no problem at all. Union Springs you'd have a couple spots you'd definitely have to drive it.

Trail rash is a given at this point and doesn't really even get my attention until I get home and see it while washing. What concerns me is ripping out parts of the drive train or grenadine a diff. We ran potts the "easy" way last time, going downhill, but next time I run it we will be running it up hill.

The bad part is it is 1 way in 1 way out. No turn around and no bypasses. It's pretty much one continuous 14 mile obstacle. With a few extreme obstacles as your bypasses around regular ones.

Might have to take you up on that one. Pretty sure I've got bad bushings in my driver's side one, which is the one that was replaced with a junkyard one when I got wrecked last year. I still haven't thrown a wrench on it to see if for some reason the bolt's just not tight, but I can pry on it forward and backward more than I'm comfortable with. I was just going to throw a set of poly bushings in them, but from what I've seen, it's a circus trying to get the old ones out.

Pretty much how it is getting any of these stock bushings out of any parts of these trucks. Natural rubber bushings that are "glued" in.

You really know how to get me really interested in dumb ideas in a truck I'm still making payments on and drive every day, you know that?

I might could use the 245. My spare has rub spots in the sidewall that I'm leery about. They look pretty deep and it concerns me. I really think the dealer traded my new spare to replace someone's old spare.

    How much for the dungflop?

I'm not really set up for hard-core off-roading. I could probably do the Advanced Bunny Trail but that's about it.

But here's a thought: How 'bout a Battlefield tour? That way the Prerunners could join in too. We could probably get a ranger from the Chancellorsville Visitors Center (may have to pay them or make a donation) to give us a guided tour of Chancellorsvile, Wilderness, Spotsylvania, or some combination thereof, then go eat someplace afterwards.

That's a great idea! I wonder who you'd talk to about that? I believe you said your Toyota event is the 22nd of April? That's another good event. Sadly I won't make that I'll be at home and doubt I'll be feeling like getting out at that point

No, my event is April 29th. And I guess the first thing to do would be call the Visitors Center, explain what we are trying to do and see what they can do to help.

Im excited at the prospect of my old UCAs getting some actual use! FWIW, I used to run my old kings on stock UCAs which were great for my setup.
