    It depends on the company, but I do 100% of my work remote. I regularly travel to our headquarters in Chicago, though, for team meetings and project work if needed. It's nice because my job has allowed me to recently move to the PNW. My wife and I have tried landing here for over a decade!

    Yep. Totally depends.

    But no one is ever as happy as the ads. People are usually bitter and hate interaction. They do love coffee, but they usually aren't smiling. And no tablets either. We like BIG monitors.
