    Guess things really are getting back to "normal" here weatherwise compared to the last 3 years. Just talked to future DIL's Dad who was down in Anchorage for appointments ... still snowing down there (stopped here currently), wouldn't be surprised if this system leaves more than a foot by itself.

    Hope @RickS and his people are OK, looks like his area got hit really bad. :pray:

    I fared better than some who are out to the West of me. Good amount of tree damage and downed fences, some were saying winds got up to 100mph. Couple of co-workers said they're going to need new roofs between the wind and hail. Several schools closed due to power outages. All you can do is clean up and wait for the next storm. But after retirement I hope to move somewhere a little less severe.

    For me 50+ means I am not so into the tacticool military industrial thing, I just need lots of lights so I can find shit. I would rather park the truck and walk anyway.
