They don't show much, just a wheel but good to see that they are thinking about it

 

There's going to be a LOT of speculation over what's going to be attached to that wheel for the next six months, too.

 

What's to speculate? It's going to be attached to a hub

Please be a 4Runner throwback with removable top. But I don't want 20" rims and bling bling.

You guys were right.. Uneventful leaf disassembly party....

I was going to paint them before reassembling then coat them with molykote dry film lubricant. Any ideas on what to paint them with? They're already showing signs of some rust (Yea I know it unstoppable but at least I can stop the whole thing from rusting...)

 

Just rattle can them with some Rustoleum flat black

BTW. I can't seem to Get Noel's quote on my sig. I quoted his post, as if I was going to reply with it, copied and pasted it into my sig, but not showing up. Any tips/tricks I should know?

They didn't come painted from the factory? That's odd. Every time I've ever bought individual leaves or leaf packs they've come painted or powder coated.

 

Sounds about right.

 

AH HA. That might be it then, because of the pic I have. Makes sense.
