I received only one coilover. Unfortunately the two boxes weren't taped together. They have separate tracking #'s but having them now arriving at different times is an inconvenience because they require a signature.

 

Is it wrong for me to wish for this big quake to have HeadStrong right next to Oahu? With no harm to people or damage to anyone's property, of course. LOL!

 

ADS chooses to box some of their coilovers into two different boxes to help them from banging around and damaging the shocks. It is not really possible to tape these heavy of boxes together which is the reason a lot of people will be receiving 2 or 3 tracking numbers.

As much as we do everything that we can to make sure everything gets shipped out on time, everything is packaged safely, that everything arrives in a timely manner, once the product leaves our hands there is nothing we can do to control it. The packages went out at the same time but how the carrier sorts them is out of our control.

Having a signature required can be an inconvenience and we can forgo signature requirements on shipments before they leave. Forgoing the signature means that once the package is deemed delivered it is the responsibility of the end user. Should the package get stolen, which happens all of the time, it would not be covered and would result in having to buy another coilover.

 

So, maybe I'll still be the first one to get their 'full' ADS suspension on Oahu!

Your thread was one of the first I read about them when looking for ideas!

 

They can build them in batchs so some may receive their order before another just based on options and some people did pay before others too regardless of their place in the op.

With all that said you've got mail. I sent you over your tracking at 8:39 last night.
