    I guess that one in the picture does look more like just a fancy trailer, I don't see any exhaust units. That's just an AC unit on top probably. I was talking about the full blown kitchens on wheels. I can see why they're so expensive, with all the crap built into them, but damn.

    Kitchen on wheels is about 50k...just had this conversation with a guy who had one built. You can save about 15k if you do it yourself, but he said it wasn't worth it based on how long it takes to piecemeal it together.

    333 left, Im sure theres a lot of smokers like scottalot who will order 332 of those if theres not limit

    order online, pick up and you don't have to worry about walking around home depot and buying four new power tools you don't need

    last couple times I missed out on good sale...and had to buy regular price. So I only bought one 2pack...that didnt last long at all once I started bbq'n once or twice a week...most of the time I just do some bbq'd chicken but Ive got a nice brisket in the freezer waiting for the next bbq :)

    I just picked up 10 bags, saved additional 10% with vets discount.
    I read the thread at 2:30, immediately left to go buy some. Picked up some apple, cherry, and hickory chunks, and a new brush as well.

    I have a whole apple tree coming to me this spring. Just need to go help cut it down. Too bad I'll have to season it tonuse it. Another friend has a bunch of apple for me as well. Can't wait to try a smoke over all real apple wood.

    I don't blame ya. As long as you keep it dry it'll all get used eventually. I live in the soggy ass Pacific Northwest, moisture is always everywhere on everything.
