@wileydavis I received my knobs today. To my disappointment, they are the wrong ones. I followed the link you provided for the engraved basic knobs and I received premiums. I would have preferred to handle this privately between you and I, but you have not responded to even the first PM I sent you. Can we rectify this ASAP?

Don't have a dog in this fight but you've given him less than a day to respond? Give the dude some time...

I didn't give him a deadline. How can you say I've given him less than a day to respond? As far as the PM he hadn't answered me on, that was sent on 2/10. Thank you for your well-intentioned input, however, it wasn't necessary.

Last post on this so the thread isn't ruined, but you received your knobs today. He couldn't possibly know you received the wrong knobs before today or any messages you have sent him regarding that before today. You see how you gave him less than a day to respond before putting it out there in a public forum?

He's got a phone number listed on his site as well as an e-mail. I'll assume you've exhausted those options as well? Really I'm not trying to be a dick, people are just quick to jump down someone else's throat over what could just be a small issue and quick fix...

I don't want to ruin the thread. My post was to inform him of the mistake being he is probably inundated with PM's, and it's easy to lose track. You need not worry or assume what options I've used, considered, or exhausted. You assumed that I expected an immediate response, which is not the case. I'm not jumping down anyones throat. You, however responded in less than 20 minutes. You couldn't just sit back and let it work itself out? You had all these assumptions about people (Me), reacting so quickly. It could be a quick and simple fix. I'm sure when he reads it, it'll be worked out. He seems to keep more up to date with this thread, so this was my choice for posting. If you don't like the way I've handled it, that fine. You may have done differently, but I'm not you. To each their own. So have a nice day and let it play out. If you don't have a dog in this fight, you should able to do that without issue.

Or you could save $20 and pick up these jewels for only $5 and a postage stamp.

^^ I'd much rather have the Hondo knobs than those things.

Me too. I would pay $10 for a pair. Just wouldn't pay any more for radio knobs.

Hey, do you have the knobs with the AR15 bolt face??? I have regular ones I would love to trade you. Let me know! I'll ship them asap

I agree, but you can't really compare the 2. (CNC'd Al vs rubber band).
There is definitely a market for both, but I just prefer metal things. IMO if milling a big batch these thing are tiny you might be able to get the cost Down.

Okay. Never mind. Thought the premium was bolt face and regular was plain. Carry on!

The premium I received is bolt face. I needed the regular bolt face.

Hi. I'm in Death Valley riding motorcycles for the week with spotty internet. If you email us or call adrienne will get you all fixed up. She doesn't check the forums so you'll have to email or call.

What I hated about the stock knobs is that just about every time I used the left knob I would inadvertently hit the touch screen and it would change.
The stock knobs are too shallow/thin.
For me the Hondo knobs were one of the best mods I have done to my truck. Expensive....yep....because they are milled out of aluminum....solid.

@docloco, appears you used faulty options, and tried to trash a thread.

Don't assume what I tried to do. It's been handled. Let it go.
