Definitely look at that Coleman extreme 5 roller one if you are looking. Usually on sale for 40 or less and holds it's own. And also, spider toilets is what it's all about

Well.....another night in paradise. Good evening all. Going to be a quiet night here...still too wet to get into the fields so our product stays in the tanks. The farmers out here are hoping we're all done with the rain this year...

Funny you say too wet... Night started with a ball valve blowing it's guts out as soon as I touched it... Vented a 60 psi system through a 1/2" line right at me... Clean water portion of our water plant at least. Still drying out a bit :bananadead:

Looks sweet! That a diy kit bumper or custom? I figured I'd start on a wire fed mig to get into it someday.

Yes. Amazing that this year the rice farmers up north are not able to sell their water because there's so much of it, and the price of rice is down, the Pacific RIM is growing more and more of their own and phasing us out of the market...catch 22...

I Used to weld aluminum frames for awnings with a spool gun. It takes some time to get used to it, its really awkward.

Then a few years ago, I made an impulse buy. A miller 211 autoset mp and a tank of mixed gas. Great welder!.
Sold it to fund a rifle project and the smoke and my skin didnt play nice together.
But for not welding in over 20 yrs, that thing made me look like a pro.

    That bumper is looking sweet!

That's what's driving my want to weld right now. Diy bumper kits. Save some money and learn a skill. Doubt I'll build a boat though
