    I've done ghost peppers before and someone I work with had smoked Carolina reapers and we tried them. Truth be told...they will light your ass up unless you prepare for them. It's like captain crunch without milk. Prepare for pain.

    So, small doses and in moderation and it's good. Spicy, smokey and flavorful bit don't go crazy.

    Butcher Jones, maybe? Goes right up to the lake, and makes for a nice swimming spot :)



    FWIW, I should be up for some off road trips this weekend. Last trip out, my Wife got scared a couple times, and evidently closed her eyes a couple times......so I don't think she'll come along on many.
