Need advice dealing with a neighbor and BS thread

Hellllll no. I live about an hour southwest of there in a nice little community. I have no problem if my wife has to walk our dog at night here.

 

Good...Baltimore has lost it's friggin' mind!

 

Seriously! I avoid that place like the plaque. The only reason to go there is for the metallica concert coming up

 

Whatever happened to that DA Prosecutor person? Her case fell apart as predicted against those officers.

 

Didn't realize you need a permit just to BUY a gun. That's silly. It looks like you can buy a rifle or shotgun with an FIC, and those are a bit easier to get it seems. I'm not the best at reading laws, but this sounds like as long as it's been 5 years, you're good?

 

Or an Orioles game..some day I plan to make the pilgrimage.

Metallica is okay but I can't justify the cost when I know I'll have to hear a good amount of the newer stuff I do not care much for. Seen them many a time in my younger years though..not that I won't see bands over and over in general though. 20 plus times of Slayer, Korn, Rob Zombie..over 100 times seeing Godsmack..

 

I suppose..not quite what I had in mind but I guess half a loaf..

I think this is my new favorite thread. Stupid neighbors, guns, metal, more guns. What's not to like.

 

The whole gun thing goes right back to my post about two types of people and life experience thing.. Another greatly debated topic.

It's good if some people have went their whole life and haven't need a gun... I don't say that sarcastically..
Because the overwhelming majority of gun owners hope that to be the case for them as well, in terms of ever "needing" to use it to take a life. It seems like a lot of people don't understand that tho, and think if you're into guns or have one, you hope an opportunity arises to kill somebody...

But thru the years theres been plenty of people who didn't have a gun and been in a very life changing threatening situation, that they were lucky to walk away from... And afterwards had an awakening to the fact that nothing will protect you and others like a firearm and being properly trained to use it..

If or when somethings going down and it hits you that it is serious and you or a loved ones life is on the line, calling the police (if you even can) and hoping they can make it on time isn't what you want, bc seconds might as well be minutes or hours..


I don't understand people so opposed to guns, those type I don't get at all. And in general most any other of their thoughts or opinions on anything else for that matter...
A law never stops a criminal from breaking it, no matter what it is, bc they'll do whatever anyway.
(Those are the type who could be mugged and pistol whipped, shot in both their ass cheeks robbed of everything their best friend killed for five dollars, and as soon as their ass cheeks heal well enough for them to walk, they're out protesting against gun owners and for others who did it to them) That's how dam stupid they are. Completely brainwashed fools.


On a lighter note.. Guns are fun to shoot and I love the smell...
I'm coming up with a gun powder vehicle air freshener, I will have a group buy.. Maybe if OPs sketchy neighbor ends up being just a good sales guy, I can get him to sell a few truck loads.

In my experience I have found the anti-gun people I have spoken to have zero experience with guns. They just don't like them. I haven't had any converts yet but am happy to supply an education to anyone that would like one.

Well, I guess I kind of had one conversion. The BIL's wife would not shoot a gun. Wasn't anti-gun. Just didn't like them. I got her shooting my stuff a little after she showed minimal signs of curiosity. Now she has her own S&W M&P .22 and asks to go to the range. She's not big on carrying but accepts that we do it.

It's always the same argument- "Why in (insert seemingly quiet city) do you think you need to carry a gun?". Which I reply that nobody in (insert city of mass shooting) expected they would need a gun that day. You wait minutes for police, EMS, etc but you usually only have seconds to save your life. I don't like those odds.

I just wish the anti- crowd would try and stop taking a freedom from us pro- people. I don't expect everyone to like guns. I don't fault anyone for it. Just don't try to take something from me. I don't try and force people to buy guns. Give me the same respect.

I'm from austin and own lots of guns... Damn somebody get this guy outta here, bitching about BS and throwing shade at Austin. Clearly never been here before.
