Anyone around Lakeland area up to assist with replacing original suspension with OME front and rear, as well as installing ARB Bumper? I've never done suspension, so a little bit wary. Front components - shock and spring are already compressed integrated. I finally got my garage squared away here from moving back over here around T-Day.

So this ridiculous sticker and all these rock chips have been on the hood of the truck since I bought it 7 months ago. IMG_7749.jpg

And I found this silver hood off of an '06 for $150 on craigslist. Guy said he'd take $100 for it. What do y'all think? Is this a good price for a hood in near perfect condition? IMG_7751.jpgIMG_7752.jpg

I was told by a body shop that trying to remove the sticker would ruin the paint. Think it's worth $50 as-is?

just really depends on who is looking, either someone with really really bad paint or was in an accident, most people were looking for scooped hoods and these could be worth almost nothing. I think i sold my white non scooped hood for $20 in almost perfect condition, I was asking $150 at one point. I wouldn't bank on getting much for it, but to have a hood in good shape is well worth buying that other hood for $100 imo

Most stickers, even factory ones can come off with a lot of diligence, heat, goo-gone type and patience. Might be worth a couple of hours work to take them off and see how you like your hood then.

I agree, heat and a little plastic edge can do a lot, just slow. But worth it.

Well the sticker isn't in the best shape either. Which definitely doesn't help. And even if I did get it off, the hood still needs to be painted due to rock chips and the paint cracking.

The only issue you'll have when removing the sticker is it could (mostly likely will since it's been on there for a while) leave a ghost in the paint.
