    You must mean Reggie's on 202. They're right down the road from my house (about 10-15 minutes). Should have said mentioned it before you left; you could have stopped by for a beer!
    Yeah, even living here it's still a mindscrew sometimes. I used to drive from Farmington to Fort Kent because a girl I ...knew... was going to school up there. 5 1/2 hour trip, one way. Add 30 minutes or so on there and I could have driven to New York City instead! There's a reason people from Maine give you distances in time rather than in miles, haha!

    Yeah, if we're talking about a halfway point I guess Bangor is kind of the closest city we've got, and that's another hour and 45 north of here. :notsure:

    Gravel roads everywhere makes everything take longer too haha. Remember that road we were on going to the trains for forever? That showed as like a main road on gps

    Lol. In that part of the state, that IS a main road. The larger logging roads in the western part of the state are practically highways; everybody does 50-60 on them.

    I grew up on the same hill as the ski slope. Spent a lot of time in the ER at that hospital as a kid, too, lol. :anonymous:

    I've never broken a bone (other than a few toes & a fractured skull, and those don't count), but I've had more than my share of stitches & sprains over the years. I'd had over 40 stitches by the time I graduated high school.
