    They will damn sure pull you over for speeding before they will pull someone over causing a mile long back up on the highway though. I have no problem with someone going 10 over the limit but 10 or more below causes more shit than anything else.

    Well, they are impeding the flow of traffic, and pedestrians are prohibited from traveling on the freeway.....I don't see the problem here. Just make sure your front end is armored up :notsure:
