I don't see any problems with that. They are not in that great of condition though. Difficult to adjust, worn adjustment holes. They ride good, but it won't be easy to set them.

In reality, you're probably better off with the OME. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a new set thoigh, if you're not looking to drop $1500 on kings or alike.

I was just wanting something temporary to get me through the next two months or so. My 885s settled almost an inch when I put my skids on.

I've been shopping already! The thing that sucks is I cant just buy a pit-bull for spools and be done. My wife's Ducati doesn't have a spot for spools so I'll have to either buy the attachments to rest under the swingarm or buy some axle sliders that will double as spools. I found some over at Revzilla that I think I'm going to buy.

This is that Baxley sport chock in use from a few years ago when I bought my triumph. It's very reassuring when transporting a bike. You really don't even need straps but it never hurts to be extra safe! The chock can be bolted to the bed so it's not going anywhere! Easy to remove to because it has mounting plates that stay on the trailer when not in use.

Going to be a great weekend to ride! Stay safe out there! I think we are going to ride up to Wadley Alabama on Sunday. I want to get some photos of an old train station. Then head down to the Generals Cafe in Newsite for a delicious BLT!

They would certainly work out for a couple months. That's what I used them for.

Check out the vortex 1-6 strike eagle or the primary arms 1-4.

Yeah, I've handled a few of those. They're really nice, but might be a little out of my budget the next little while.

EDIT: I've handled a few of the Strike Eagles. Never seen a Primary Arms in person.

Check eBay, I've bought 4 optics off there with really good luck. I was impressed with strike eagle. The glass was just as good as my viper and it cost double. I've heard really good things about primary and I think they have one under $250

Just tell her to get rid of that euro crap:rofl: oh shit you ride a triumph:bananadead:

But seriously I can imagine that would be a pain. Does her bike have a single sided swingarm?
