The Toyota guard stuff adds about $1500 to the real MSRP but that is still a good deal. That same truck stickers for $34,830 here without the toyotaguard junk. So selling price at $31,652 is $3k off sticker.
The only thing that sucks about your deal is that $699 doc fee.

2017 4x4 TRD V6 OR LB AT with tow package

    MSRP 37,353
    Discount 2,096.51
    Price 35,256.49
    DMV fee 615
    Doc fee 429
    Tax 2,750
    OTD 39,050

Tax kills it, but price is at invoice apparently?

My invoice was $34,562 with a MSRP of 37,742. You are very close to invoice with your selling price. Also you have a long bed which are in more limited supply.
I would be happy with that deal.

I got 3.1 APR today but had to take the $1,600 8 year 75k warranty. Can i just cancel the warranty from toyota?

Seems shady - financing should have nothing to do with an extended warranty. Any extended warranty that I have had has always had a cancellation window - I would read the fine print on the extended warranty - you can most likely cancel it within 30-60 days.

I would cancel it in the parking lot before I left the lot. Then if they tried to screw with the deal, I'd return the truck. In most states you have 72 hours or more.

That's a bully tactic and pisses me off.

Can someone tell me if this is a good deal in Florida? It is a Silver TRD Double Cab Short bed 4x2. The dealer installed options are floor mats, tint, nerf bars, tow package, and a few other small things. This price is my financing with no trade, tag transfer and all fees included. I am hesitant to pull the trigger. Thanks

They gave you a decent discount but I would shop around for someone that doesn't have 2k in installed options.

Kupo is correct. They really mark up those dealer lot add on's. I would look around. That is a fairly common config for the taco (4x2 SBDC). Guessing it's an SR5? You may be able to catch one that doesn't have dealer lot add on's.

No, that's not a great deal. (if it's as you describe).
Rounding up figures, these are MSRP
Vehicle is $32600 (TRD Sport DCSB 2wd) + Tow package
    Delivery $1000
    Mats $200
    Nerf $700
Tint $200 (Guess but that's $100 over any tint shop would charge)
    Southeast Toyota mafia tax $1000

Your Total at MSRP is $34,700.
You're at $2k under that price (remove tax), so that's what you should be looking at. Personally I'd remove the southeast mafia tax as well, which only puts you at $1k under MSRP. This is your real "deal / savings".

All your dealer has done is add a tone of unneeded / unwanted junk to jack up the MSRP, then pretend to give you a discount to bring it back to MSRP.
On your list, look at the "Predelivery service fee @ 699". That's not needed. I'm sure there is a ton of similar junk under the 34K MSRP price listed on your sheet.

I ended up paying 37.3k OTD on a TRD OR DCSB MT Technology & Tow with a MSRP of 37,453. 8.5% tax rate.

If anyone is looking for a TRD or tacoma in general in California, go to Freeman Toyota in Santa Rosa an hour north of San Francisco. I was looking for a TRD all through California and this dealership had the lowest price. I spent 2 weeks calling 20 dealerships throughout the state. The best part is I didn't even have to negotiate for the price. I previously spent 5 hours at a dealership in Humboldt County just to get down to 39,xxx OTD after they ran a hard check on my credit. My friend who works as a fleet manager at a dealership in SoCal saw the quote and said he couldn't even come close to matching that price.

I think 3k under msrp is a great deal.

Check out their stock and ask for a E price. Brita, the internet sales manager helped me with the purchase and was really helpful.

$33,635 for a '17 TRD OR DCSB MT. Wasn't a hard loaded rig (Tow pkg, All Weather mats, Exterior pkg), but a MT in the Gulf States region is almost a unicorn. I bought just outside of GS region in Memphis, TN.

Didn't like the black oval step bars, so I had them throw in a set of predator steps. Last day of the month & needing to make quota helped a little too.

I was offered 3% financing at first and then 2.75% if I took platinum warranty, so I signed up for the warranty. Maybe a mistake, haven't decided.

Apparently you can cancel the warranty if you mail them within the first month with a small fee, doesn't save you on the interest you financed with though.
