Sorry if this is a Stupid Question, got the Truck the other day and still just have not had much opportunity to go thru my Manuals yet. Anyway, is there any adjustments for the Radio, like Fader, Bass, Treble, Etc? I only had a few seconds to fool with it and the only thing I came across was a volume adjustment that matches the speed of the truck. Thanks Guys!

Thanks, I do not have JBL but do have the Premium and Tech Package, will take a look in the Audio Section. Right now it kinda sounds like there is no volume in the rear and its all up front.

I have the JBl and swear the rear might as well not have speakers.

Edit: meaning they are muffled and bad, not to mean they aren't needed.

There is a tab on the bottom right of the screen that reads "sound". That will take you to settings. Treble, mids, bass, fade and balance

^^^^^^ Ditto . At least for my non-JBL Entune.

Yours will be the same I would think. I don't even know what JBL adds, maybe just the subwoofer? You will be able to adjust all that, like was mentioned above, it is biased front for sure, but you will get it dialed in.. what is nice is you can adjust each input separately.

Most music is not recorded in surround sound. Your sound stage should be in front of you, not behind you.

Thanks so much for the help guys, hoping things slow down in the next couple of days where I can sit down and concentrate on the Manuals and get everything dialed it!!!

Have fun with the manuals...it's almost easier to dink around with it once you figure out how to get into the menu selection. Your on the right track.

This. After seeing the front and rear speakers were balanced, I still went to the back and put my ear up to the speaker to make sure it was working lol

The system is pretty intuitive when you start using it. Our 2013 Avalon has Entune, and this later version in the Tacoma blows it away. I do think the voice recognition works better in the Avalon though.

Shaker, when you get done reading all the manuals please post the Cliff notes. I've only had mine for 3 weeks. :D
    Congrats again.

I still can't bring myself to talk to my vehicles unless I'm working on them and doing a lot of swearing...

600 pages can be a bit overwhelming... almost 300 pages for the Nav system itself...crazy.
