Painting is complete. The amber reflector has taillight tint spray so it'll still reflect at night but damn near black during the day.

Well if there's real interest I'll consider it. I do want to mention my "paint booth" is the back patio, so there's some little imperfections in the paint. I'll bring one to Pizza Port on the 8th

Gotcha. Well for now here's a little preview :D
    IMG_1399.jpg

The H4 plate would line up perfectly, but the stock bulbs are mounted at an angle so the projectors rotation is off. Going to be some work to pull my front end apart, wire up the lights, mount these and work on adjusting the rotation :goingcrazy: if only I had a driveway haha

At least you can work on it where your at. I know some people in apartment complexes that can't do anything. So that's a plus.

About that  I could probably do it in the street, but I'll probably go somewhere to check alignment and then bring them back home to finish.

Will be soon  I have all my parts, just saving up for the vinyl and then I can install it all. I've thought about putting it all on now, but I'd rather not drive around two tone for too long haha.

    Pictures from Idyllwild 4/14-16

Had a late start Friday, left SD and headed up Bee Canyon Truck Trail. Drive up with my gf and a friend, but just my truck. Not a fan of wheeling "solo" but I had done the trail before so felt safe enough. Sure enough made it all the way through to camp.

Day 2: heading out to the next trail

After the trail we went into town to have some pizza. Idyllwild pizza co has some of the best pizza! Sorry no pictures, too busy eating haha.

After pizza @YotaGurlIAm and Kori took my truck to camp and I rode with Charlie. Clearly the two of them are much better at taking pictures of my truck.

    IMG_1621.jpg IMG_1625.jpg IMG_1626.jpg IMG_1631.jpg

Day three headed back down the mountain. We didn't want to leave, but work doesn't take too kindly to missing your shift. Epic views as always out here!

    IMG_1595.jpg IMG_1596.jpg

And lastly the water crossing. Went much more smoothly than my first time through it.
    IMG_1607.jpg

I'm already ready for the next trip. Idyllwild is my favorite place to camp!

Nice truck the Cherry popper, reading the Build of @YotaGurlIAm I learn the blinker-relocation-mod, just today I realize that the upper quarters turns on when I turn on the headlights, and I always believe they was the flashing directional, Regards

    Thank you!
Madison's truck is coming along great, and we're collecting 4x4 parts to convert her truck. Going to be awesome! Yeah it's weird the fog lights aren't really fog lights but turn signals on the 1st gen trucks. Relocating them to the corner light looks much better IMO. I don't think she updated it, but we actually did the corner lights differently with the new housings.
We took the turn signal bulb and cut the corner light to fit the turn signal bulb. From there we took the wiring for the marker light, ran the power to the smaller filament in the turn signal bulb (it's a dual filament bulb) and grounded it to the body. This way it's one bulb, with the parking lights on the smaller filament is on, when you hit the turn signal the larger brighter filament flashes so you can see the flash easily. Much cleaner installation that cutting the connector off and gluing it on.

Yes Its suck, my rear lights were broken, so I replace them today and when I replace them the fake fog light turns on too, I save money because I was going to replace all the lights, I read on her built the BlinkMod, and your built is awesome, while I work to save I will tty some cheap mods
