You know what I miss - AFN news. Just someone standing there reading straight news stories without the BS. So simple.

I kinda missed the commercials but, every time I came back it didn't take long to get tired of those again.

I haven't watched the news since 05 unless there was a natural disaster or something else they couldn't screw up, angle or dramatize.

At work I periodically make/ check my list. It can get easy to go off course for us since, we not only do projects, we are reactive to waterline breaks, power outages, storm damage and general chaos. And, with the age of our infrastructure, a simple repair can turn into a major overhaul. So a leaking sink faucet might get turned off for 4 months while we're dealing with high priority problems. I try to keep my home life as simple as possible and more spontaneous. And, with my wife's work schedule, we plan the major things like graduations and anniversaries so we take the correct days off together. My schedule is more flexible than here's so I find myself updating mine to fit what she can get from her work.

Hit the inversion table a couple times this morning. I use it pretty regularly, but on slow days like this, I tend to feel the smaller little aches more since I'm not really doing much. I find it works great if I use it for regular "maintenence", but it really does great for those days that were rougher or I've lifted something wrong or went a little harder than I should have.

When I make an appointment, I have them give me a printout. I'll keep it either on the floorboard or passenger seat so I see it all the time and re-read it occasionally.
