    We went down to Salton Sea late on Saturday and saw the mud pots. My nephew liked them because of the mud and he said they were like volcanoes from the dinosaur times

    Yeah man. Been there a few times back in the day. Millions of dead fish and the smell of death. Pretty interesting history though. I hope you also explored Slab City and Salvation Mountain. Check out the Plagues & Pleasures on the Salton Sea documentary if you haven't already... I think it's on YouTube now.
