This weekend, I installed my high clearance rear bumper.



This would be the first real, permanent mod to the truck. Everything before this could be undone to make it stock again. If you check out the photo above, you can tell the lower fenders have seen some action. I knew a HC would make sense for me, so I started planning for it. And I knew cutting would be the hardest part



And after a beer and measuring, it was done. And then the rest of the fun could begin.



All in all, it's a great bumper. My friends who came to help loved how it looked. I can't wait to get this thing on the trails, especially with Utah coming up.

 

What's crazier too is that the contractors they hired to fix the job fucked up the new pipes so they burst AGAIN. Jay and I decidddd to have a quiet night at his place and we go to the front door and there's a bunch of people everywhere cause there's this huge waterfall coming out from under his front door. It was so nuts. Luckily for them though cause the first time around they had to pay to fix everything out of pocket. 2nd time happened while they were trying to fix the place so the contractors that fucked up the job had to pay to get the whole place remodeled. So it kind of worked out.
