    Gasket maker should be there. Are the mounting bolts tight? Loosen them, get some rtv and make a new gasket then torque the bolts yourself

    As Dave mentioned, Nashville is growing like crazy right now. There is construction everywhere. My girl is in Interior Design and integrated in with many architectural firms through clientele and IDAA. She may be able to get you in the door with the right folks. Cali is an awesome place to visit but damn their rules suck.

    Yep. Make sure to drain the oil first. You may have to disconnect the brake lines to get the axles out far enough but I just disconnect the lines from the axle housing brackets and bend them out slightly to allow me to slide the axles out 3" on each side.

    Where the soft line connects to the hardline on the axle there is a bracket. Unbolt the bracket and take one of the clips off the bracket that holds the hard line in place, then cut a slot in the top of the bracket big enough for the hardline to go through. Slide the hardline up and now both sides are free to move as much as you want them to. I pulled both axles out about 8 inches and still had slack when I did my rear third like this.
