Have all the gaskets been inspected?? If you lost a gasket anywhere in the engine it could prevent the engine from building compression.
Have they inspected the ECU?? If it ran out of capability to manage the new AFR it could have fail safed itself...Maybe?? Chris??

I would think so- but ::shrug:: the Toyo techs should have all the "normal" stuff checked already.
I'm going out of the box.

I had problems running a blower on a Dodge cause it would take out the intake plenum gasket with vacc and the engine would run horrible....Not sure what else could happen....but I'm sure there is something.
If the ECU can't balance the AFR then maybe it shut it self off...or maybe it melted a wire somewhere...or maybe a fuse...IDK

    Just throwing ideas out.

I don't- Chris4x4 is our resident Forced Induction and Tacos guy.

ya the tech is kinda lost... it seems to be wiring or a sensor but idk... i hope its not the ecu. i cheaked all the fuses and the wiring haarness was checked from the front to back and there seems to be no breaks.. the guy i bought this truck off of lives in pensicola florida and he works for the coast guard.... i though you were him there for a minute.

couple more days and the insurance might just total it. if you got spark, gas, air it should atleast do something. even if it sputters. start with the basics. its always the simple shit that bites you in the ass. same way with aircraft. get so involved in a problem that you overlook the obvious and find a breaker/fuse poped. check the grounding strap for the engine maybe it got broke and the engine doesnt have a good ground there for not sparking good.

A mechanic who cant get an engine started and/or diagnose why it cant start within one hour isn't worth spit!

Fuel & compression & spark. If they are there the engine has no choice but to start. It may or may not run well, it may or may not stall, etc., but it aint rocket science.

That's pretty cool, so they just let you go back there and get your truck then? Didn't cause any problems?
