76K on 2015? Impressive. I just turned 19K and stand no chance at using all 5 of the free maintenance good within first 2yrs.

I had 140K on my tacoma when i traded it in 3 weeks ago for a 4 runner. Not a single problem that was ever the trucks fault. I love my runner, but I REALLY F'N miss my tacoma. Best truck I ever owned.

Agreed. 155k km. Replaced u-joints and cv axles, both no doubt due to my lift. As they say, gotta pay if you wanna play.

I absolutely love my Tacoma. More so now than when I drove it off of the dealer lot when it was brand spankin new

The only trouble I've had with my 2006 Tacoma is the two times I've had to take it in for recall repairs... those were not really problems, just inconveniences. First visit was the steering column spiral wire replacement and throttle/computer reflash; 2nd visit was the seat belt anchor bolt replacement.

The only vehicle I've owned that was more reliable and trouble-free than my 2006 Tacoma was my 1972 AMC Gremlin. No, I am not kidding. I drove that car 100,000 miles, pretty hard miles with minimal maintenance. Never gave me any trouble of any kind, not once. Granted it was a stripped model (no AC, manual everything, etc) so it had fewer complex systems to fail. Plus it had the old Jeep inline 6-cylinder pushrod engine which was legendary, along with a Chrysler 3-speed automatic and Ford rear end, so the whole drivetrain was bulletproof. Also my grandparents were the original owners so I got it in excellent condition... for a Gremlin :)

I owned a Gremmie years ago, with the 232 straight 6 and 3 speed manual. GOD, I wish I still had her...Snow white with red hockey sticks and red interior...

Nice. Never really had to do anything to mine...

Seriously, it was almost as bulletproof as my Tacoma has been! I've had 2 recall issues, both of which were no big deal, and the Taco even survived a pretty serious undercarriage crunch last year...

I had a 2003 TRD DC with 200k and was a great truck, then a 2015 base DC with 30k. Didn't have the 2015 a year. In the shop twice for the airbag sensor, the front passenger shock mount squeaked b/c the nut wouldn't tighten down enough and I had steering wheel vibrations constantly. Passenger door constantly rattled and the door seals squeaked as well. Traded it for an FJ and been happy since.

No issues with mine after 80k and 10 years. My dad did finally get tired of his 2 year old F250 (he's had 2, a 12 and a 13, both 6.7's) having to be towed to the shop by my or my brothers tacoma... not kidding, I've literally had to pull that POS out of the road on multiple occasions, I once towed it to the dealership we bought it from and unhooked it at the service door... that got a few laughs out of the dealership vultures. He finally traded it for a Duramax a few months ago, he loves it so far.
