The light bar has some condensation in it (still works perfectly but that's why I'm selling the combo for 50% of what retail is without shipping). You might be able to get rigid to fix it but the previous owner didn't have or wouldn't give me the receipts

Might be interested in the tire carrier. Would need to see if it'll work with my cap.

Sits in the rails on the side and can slide forward and back in the truck. So depends on how your cap sits. Where does it clamp onto the bed?

It clamps on the four corners to the bed track system. Think I'd have to notch alittle fiberglass out of the front corners to mount it.

Yea, looking at it more I'd have to mount it behind the front cap mounts. Might take up too much of the bed. And have too much empty wasted space behind the tire carrier.

From the looks of it there'd be no modding but that will take up over half of your bed. Hell, we could make you something to mount your spare. I'm feeling a wrenching day in the near future. I've got a garage.

Yea, I've been tossing the design around of cutting my current tire carrier up and making the spare stand straight up against the bulkhead of the bed.

I made the rear bumper/swing-out tire carrier for the Sami. We could fab something up that mounts to the rail. It would be removable in case you needed to haul anything. We could knock that out in a day, plus there's a scrapyard 5 minutes from my house.

I built the steel rear bumper with swingout tire carrier, rock sliders, highly modified the ARB winch bumper from a 95 Land Rover Discovery to fit my 2003 Ford Explorer Sport Trac as well as do the Solid Axle Swap to it. I'll do be doing a 351windsor, C6, manual t-case swap as well sometime soon.

Me too, it should've been done 3 years ago but I was seriously injured at work after I started the SAS and I haven't been able to find the money and time together to finish it. Family comes first.

Same here.I can't decide if i want to keep throwing money at the Sami, or sell it and build the Taco. On top of that every time I save some cash something comes up and wipes me out.

Yep, I've bought and sold vehicles for a couple thousand dollar profit each time and it doesn't seem to find its way to the "Battle Born" fund. LOL Always something else to pay for, rent, bills, family events (we're the ones always putting on holiday parties, events for the rest of the family).
