EDIT: Back when this thread was actually worth a damn before I decided to stop trying to keep it alive, it was about 99% memes and bullshit with about .5% newbs dropping in and out, and the other .5% was actual talk about lifting and supplements. The only "alphaness" portrayed in here was bashing Crossfitters.

Those guys all contributed equally with me and we all stopped and the thread died. Oddly enough, I still talk to them every day, but not in here because of stupid bullshit like people getting butthurt over stupid shit. I'm not tooting my own horn. If I post a pic of my arm, I'm saying, "hey, my fucking arm looks decent. What do you think?" If someone comes in here and says they bench pressed 405 today, I give props. It's not a dick measuring contest. It's people saying, "hey, I did something badass today." I never posted in here to put people down and the only people I've ever put down are those coming in here trying to peddle some shitty supplements or offer "discounted" training or talking about Crossfit. If someone asks what we think of something and I give my opinion and it hurts their feelings, I can't help that.
