New (1 year) to Toyota's & Taco's. Very happy with it. I was on another Forum but it seem's that those boy's idea of "wrenching" is putting on a seat cover, and I'm thinking it's coming up on A/T fluid change and maybe rear's & x-fer case. I'm going to do a little reading here first, these basic items have prolly been covered. I'm only at 65k miles, bought it used from a 72 y/o guy @ 45k.

He proudly included an interior pic in his c/l ad, not sure I could live with it I asked him "what's up with that red" and that "I was prolly a little older than him and wasn't sure if I could handle it".
Well I've gotten used to it and all the fat girls at the drive through window's love it!:D[IMG]

Wow. That's some red. Lots of folks here have vinyl'd all that stuff so you could prob get it back to a mellowed look pretty easy.

Some of the smaller pieces are coming/falling off. I was worried about a leftover glue residue if I removed it, (iirc about 50 pieces) thinking that a solvent to remove what glue was left might "mess" with the factory color of the plastic underneath.... but like I said, I am getting used to it.

Welcome! Nice truck. To remove the glue residue use WD40 or Goof Off won't harm the vinyl or coloration .

Welcome to TW. Nice looking truck.
Also, please let me know that other forum you were on. I've been having a heck of a time trying to install my new beaded seat cushion.

It actually look's like an expensive kit. They're a heavy vinyl, near 1/8" thick and I'm guessing self adhering.
    If I was still 25.........maybe.
