I got up early, went to the gym, came home and the wife and dog are both snoring on the couch

I've been making an effort to stay active, it's real easy to not go. I have to talk myself into going to the gym every time I go.

 

I used to walk the dog rain or shine and enjoy it. Then don't know what happened, but we don't always walk on a regular basis

 

Same here, it's real easy not to take the dog out when the weather is bad. I try to walk him at least once a week on a 2 mile loop in the woods behind my house.

I can get by during the week, but on days I'm off, they won't let me off. We HAVE to walk or they won't leave me alone. Wish they were more persistent during the week in the evening
