Just gettin along. Count down to op? Well I know it's on the 20th

 

Well today is starting out just fricken magnificent. Get down here to unload and something is goin on. Wiring got tore up or something. So here I sit. Waiting. 2 loads before me dumped on the side. Think I can dump on the side? Hell no. I have to wait

 

Yeah I know that but have you got your preparation list ie shit to get done before your down for a bit ? You said the SWMBO was doing to much and messing her back up so figured you were going to attempt to tear yourself up more and get things done so she did not have to. It is just me and the pup here so I have several things to do that require both hands so trying to get them done .

So, Monday morning I woke up to a few hives and slightly swollen lips. Last night, it just fuckin exploded. I was head to toe hives, left eye swollen pretty much shut and the itch was like nothing I've ever experienced. So I did some reading on prescription side effects. I'm pretty sure it was the Januvia. Showers help ease the itch and swelling along with a dose of benadryl. But it still made for a rough night. I might have gotten 3 hours sleep total.

So, if anyone is taking Januvia, keep an eye out for subtle symptoms and talk to your doctor. Read the list of reactions because there are many.

I have an appointment on the 19th with my doc, but I'm not going to take it anymore until we get this all figured out.

 

Been on it for at least 2 years. If one of the symptoms is f'd up shoulders I'm going to quit taking it rt now

 

Muscle pain, joint pain, back pain, hives, stomach pain.

I kind of thought a reaction would occur sooner. I've been on it for about 120 days and it really brought down my A1c and blood glucose levels, but this is ridiculous. Talk to your doctor if you suspect your symptoms are related.

 

I was joking I doubt it tore my shoulder

 

Hives on the lips are nothing to kid with. If they are there, then they will develop in your mouth or throat. I'd call the DR now...
