The insurance company is trying to play hard ball and won't pay for the upgrades without receipts (even though I supplied a ton of pics). Boy, are they in for a surprise. I spent 3 hours after school today printing off over 60 to 70 receipts for every mod off of PayPal. The receipts also show the conversion from USD to CAD.

I went through this a few years back. I'm not sure what insurance you have out in Ontario, over here we have what is called ICBC (no other options available so we get bent over as you'd expect). Anyhow they were prepared somewhat to battle as well. Stuff like aftermarket stereo that they claim actually devalued the truck since the cost of a genuine Toyota stereo was valued at around $1,500.00 . I had just put on new tires about a month before my truck went missing and tried to get some value from that, but they also told me stuff like tires don't count for anything whether bald or brand new. Just a bunch of BS to have to go through but they were willing to budge on things if you push hard enough backed up with actual logic.

It all worked out just fine in the end, but unfortunately you do have to dig your feet in and stand your ground when dealing with insurance companies.
