I will ease back, I was just anxious to get here.
We bought this 12 years ago when it was cheap, half an acre 1000 feet from the ocean. It has been tough money wise but we love it.

Don't do the crime, if you don't wanna do the time!!! This time they came up on the short end of the stick. What would they have done, if the kid hadn't been armed? Sorry grandpa, no sympathy for them!

Welp, fence is fixed. He could have waited a few days.... found out he lost his son last Wednesday @ 37 weeks. He was delivered on Thursday :( :pout: Feel so bad for them.....

Hi Sue  Sorry for your neighbor we had to work through 2 miscarriages the first at about 4 months. This doesn't really compare to what your neighbor has gone through but I can understand his pain

I'm getting ready to hit the rack, nice weather today in the mid 70s. I couldn't resist taking the bike out for a bit. Feels good to ride again, last year's back injury side lined me so I'm working my way back into it.Hello I'm sore all ready, I can't wait to see how I feel in the morning. I hope y'all have a good evening

Off road capability is always important. During our visit to Utah, my wife was rolling rocks of the "road" we had a "borrowed" Equinox on. It really was a road though, it was on the map we had so technically we didn't break any "no off road" agreements.....

Thanks Chris. Lost a set of twins about 8 weeks and yeah, no comparison to almost ready to deliver. SIL did that - baby died the day he was supposed to be born :pout:

x2 Martin. Doesn't sound like something to mess around with.

 hope you don't hurt any worse in the am!

I think Im going to egg, then TP your "Villa"
Not so much that Im jealous because you're Daddy Warbucks or anything, or that Im jealous that you have a "Villa", and I do hope you invite me over for Champaign and Caviar someday, but Im going to do it just because you called it a "Villa".:smack:
For gods sake beard up man. Its a cabin on the beach, or a beach house. And Id rather have beer and pretzels.
