Been stalking this build. Would likely have gone this rout if I was not already invested in the shot bed... shell, bedside and such...
    What size coilovers are those?

Yeah I bought new bedsides for the short bed, ended up selling them. Gonna buy some Advanced (glassworks) bedsides at some point once the truck runs.

    They're 2.5x14 coilovers and 3.0x16 bypasses.

I got rid of it and went to the other one that was posted. Even after solid motor and tranny mounts that thing would vibrate you to sleep.

One thing I never tried with the solid bearing was to make a dampened mount for it somehow IE: instead of dicking with modifying the OE cross member just chop it out and build a new one out of tube and have the xmember mount to the frame rails with a urethane bushing sandwich set up. That way you could get the bearing exactly where it needs to be and take out some of the vibe. BTW - In my experience the vibes you feel with it partially come from the fact that you can't get it in the correct spot without building a custom mount for it. The angle from the tcase to the bearing is stupid w/o a custom set up. I'll sell you mine cheap if you want to experiment w/ it.

Unfortunately, the ARP Lexus studs are only replacements for the front hubs. ARP doesn't currently make anything for the rear. Curry has some sort of extended stronger studs that they are sending me.
