From what I've heard, they are a pain to adjust. Need that .75" of rake. I know @LTDSC loves that look.

Yeah spring compressor is really nice to have. A few buddies and I chipped in for this thing. Makes swapping springs so easy. Those 700# springs are really unsafe with the small spring compressors you rent at the auto store.

700 would probably be better for you. High speed stability in turns in particular. You don't do very much crawling

Ball joint spacers and lift blocks, am I doing it right?
Just finished up painting my Runner with Midnight special monstaliner. I was able to get two full coats rolled on with one gallon. My clear coat was flacking off so I striped it down to factory primer, then sprayed a new coat of primer. Once that was done I rolled the Monstaliner on.

I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.

I'm starting the search for stuff to do a motor swap on my Runner. If anyone know's of or has a wreaked Tacoma in central Florida with a 00-04 3RZ in it shoot me a PM please. Ideally I would like to buy a complete vehicle and swap over what I need.

I just sold this runner to a fellow TW member last week. This is the 2nd one I sold him. I buy & sell a lot of 4runners.

I was told to join this thread lol. Here's my rig. Right now it's got a 4" bracket lift and 33's. It's in a shop getting a regear and rear lunchbox. I'd do the work myself but I managed to crack a rib (not from wrenching. I'm not that bad with tools). Once my rig and I are both fixed I'm planning to do a bunch of interior and and electrical mods.
