    Kind of hard to post pictures of my dipstick, there are ladies in the office...
    About the engine's dipstick, first time I took it out it was easy but putting it back would not go for the last 3-4 inches. Worked on it for like 5 minutes and felt like it got stuck hitting something. Took it out again and upon close feel inspection, the tip of it was rough from press cutting and had lots of metal abrasions. Took it to the bench and used fine sandpaper 40 grit all around the tip till was smooth. No problem putting it in after that. Used the posted photo to show.

    Nice pic. So your's is now more "contoured" than mine in the photo? I would hardly say 40 grit is fine. LOL. Perhaps you meant 400 grit?

    Only used it on the edges not on the tip. It has the same shape but smooth now. Use your finger to find where is rough and smooth it out.
