At stoplights (idle) and at very low speed (generally 5 MPH and under, in both forward and reverse), I'm getting a "clicking" sound from my engine compartment. It almost sounds like something is getting hit by the fan blades.

I've looked around and can't find anything obviously wrong, with the fan or the belt. The belt is the original belt (I'm at 76K miles), so I suspect that's it, but before I either go down and buy a belt or take it to the dealership or shop, anyone have any idea what could be causing this noise?

that would be a concern... I'll have to get in there and look

Is this something that could be caused by that?

Are you certain it isn't the normal Tacoma tick?

Well maybe it is that Tacoma tick I'm taking it in to the dealer tomorrow hopefully they fix it under the exhaust manifold tsb that I think correlates to the Tacoma tick

Dealership confirmed it's the "tacoma tick" and they're going to do the TSB on it. Covered under warranty, but I was 3K miles from being out of warranty - thank God - it's $1500 in parts alone.
