    In other news - I'm doing my 2nd Spartan race on Saturday so today was my last gym day of the week. I'm going to have withdrawals tomorrow and Friday. Maybe I'll just go sit in the gym and imagine I'm lifting heavy things.

    my gym membership expired when I was in Mexico so I've been hitting the bike again. Nothing to demanding, after I jacked up my back last summer I'm kinda taking it slow, but 6-8 mile rides. I plan on taking it up to 10 miles by May and start increasing my speed.
