The thread discoloration is where they were before the rebuild/spring swap/UCAs, which was also before I had any issues. I sent them to fox to have them converted to extended travel and swap some 700lbs (14") springs on, I also asked them to lift them to provide 3" of lift. Since then, I've had them lowered. When I measure it's just under 2.25"

Yeah, makes sense now. 700# coils with that much pre-load, no wonder you are soo high.

41" is too high man. It is the reason you are having CV issues. Ideally, you want equal amounts of up travel and down travel. Closer to 38.5-39"s will give you that. Right now I'll bet you have almost no down travel.

Well shoot. I never wanted the truck to be tall, just fit some 285s.. which still rub, lol. Think lowering them more is a viable option? I have a diff drop on the way and I guess I'll probably strap it. The droop always seemed fine when jacking her up. All the issues started when the recent(ish) suspension work was done so it figured it's the cause, just always thought I was playing by the rules

It's hard to tell from here. It's easier if you take a pic from the rear, about eye level with the CV axle, so I can tell the geometry. Also the truck needs to be on the ground lol

I'm running about 2.5-2.75" of lift with a diff drop and I still scrub. Uptravel is uptravel, regardless of your ride height. Once you start flexing your junk, your tire is gonna get stuffed in the fender regardless. Trim to fit.

I bet something else is wrong. If it was just his ride height, everyone else would have the same problem at full droop.

On jackstands at full droop, can you spin the hub without the CV binding?

Trying to tell from this picture what is limiting factor of your droop.
