    So explain to me how this stuff works.....im interested in this cooler. It says $409,XXX of $150,000 goal has been pledged...

    Does that mean this company has already exceeded thier goal by $250 thousand-ish dollars??? If so shouldn't they be shipping already?

    Since they exceeded their goal wouldn't this be a 100 percent safe investment?

    Kickstarter will not issue funds until the time is expired. All that means is they have developed a popular product and will have their work cut out for them when the campaign is over. It's noy a guarantee or "safe investment" by any means.
