Hey, what's up guys. My name is Chris and I'm from Birmingham, was wondering if you guys know any good places to install stuff? I'm sure that it's been mentioned at some point in these 1400 pages but honestly I don't have time to read that many pages. I was thinking maybe 4 wheel parts in Pelham. Gonna get an icon stage two lift put on with some total Chaos uca's, some 285/75/16 km2's with a 16x8 wheel with 4.5" backspacing 0 offset. Would love to get to know some of you guys, don't know a ton of people with tacomas in Alabama

Oh Lord another 3rd gen!!!! We are gonna have to do something about this.

Just kidding man, welcome to the group. For installs...we do our own. You've got plenty of members around you that may recommend a shop but I recommend self install.

Our mod day is going to be a "we have so much to do so lets not do anything" kind of day.

Most of us do the install ourselves or help each other. We have a mod day coming up April 15th or you could talk the other chris @TheTacoma into volunteering up his garage one day.

Yeah I just want to get it professionally installed, that way if something goes wrong or they mess something up I can blame them for it. Nothing personal but I don't know everyone well enough yet to let any of you touch my truck right now haha. At least for now

A couple hours and you'll realize some guys in our group are better than any pro you can find. I understand though. You could possibly get warranties if a shop installs.

Take it to the dealer and have them do it then. I'm not sure I'd trust any shop to touch it. I'd rather have one of us do it, but thats me personally.

Yeah man, plus the truck was a graduation present and I'm paying for half of the mods and stuff as well for a graduation present. My parents said I could do it as long as it was done in a shop. (Yes I know, that's one nice graduation present)
