Well... Don't give up on us, and those of us doing it shall be here when you are better. I suggest that you start at the beginning, but if youre only sick for a few days, you could start up where we would be currently at.

Everyone make sure to take some before pictures so we can see how well this is working.

Alright ladies, tomorrow is day 1! I am assuming that everyone will be doing classic as well as me, so tomorrow is Chest & Back, as well as Ab Ripper X... No slacking off, and since this will be first day for many of you, if you need to take a small break or lessen the amount of reps that you do, feel free to do so.

If anyone has any last minute questions or concerns before tomorrow morning feel free to get a hold of me. Send me a PM or email me even at vice_500@hotmail.com Good luck

I gave up on the download because it was telling me it would take 249 hours to do it. I guess I am just gonna buy the set.

I just started the second cycle. I've been doing it for about 2 weeks. I haven't seen any visible results yet, but I can do a lot more pushups and pull ups this time around. I can also make it all the way through Ab ripper doing full reps of everything! :D (Audra serves as pretty good motivation ) Other than her all the girls on it are dogs. Dreya is a man and Pam is a lazy piece of shit. You guys will see as you do it. You get to know all the people pretty well. As for eating, I eat everything the same and drink muscle milk after each workout.

Ab Ripper X is brutal, especially after doing the full workout. I agree most of the girls are dogs though  lol. I'm hoping to start tomorrow but I friggen slept wrong and my neck is stiff as hell and can't turn my head. I'll see how it is in the morning. Make sure you guys are drinking enough water too. These workouts will kill you if you're dehydrated. Good luck guys!

Don't get discouraged. I didn't notice any results until around about day 35... But then ALL OF A SUDDEN, within about a week, a lot of change...

Well, I just completed Chest & Back as well as Ab Ripper X. Just gonna say, that first day is a biotch... I am burned out mainly because I figured that I was in better shape than I actually am. I feel great though. No regrets at all...

Sure, read my original post for directions on getting the program. We will also be doing the same workouts until I switch to phase 2, at which point you will be a week behind, so no worries.

this program will kick your butt. I remember the first time i did the yoga stuff, I was thinking how easy it was. Next thing you know....I couldnt walk the next day! Kenpo and Chest and tris are my favorite. Did I mention that Plyos blow?

Got through day 1 last night, but had to really pace myself. I set conservative goals to make sure I could finish the workout and realized how far out of shape I am as I struggled toward the end.
