    Is this something where a homeowner calls a tree company for the work or does a city/county crew show up and do the clearing?

    if its on your property your responsible. if its blocking a road county or city. if it takes out power pole then utility's will take care of that part and might not take care of the part on your property. Your homeowners insurance will take care of you if it damages your property.

    The noise ordnance would be a warning unless they continued. I cant see why it would have been so important to make all that noise all through the night. I would of lost it.

    I was trying not to blow a gasket. Prob should have called. Saw some other neighbors early this morning. They were pissed too.

    It's a big property with two houses split into units. Back units were totally blocked in. Not sure that constitutes chainsaws and woodchippers from midnight-5am though...
