I did that in 2012 and again about 5 weeks ago.

You'll be okay. Take it easy though, like real easy for a few months.

It's a build up injury, there was just something to break the camels back, so to speak.

First time I did it, it was picking up a pencil.

Couldn't walk for weeks. Used a walker for weeks after that. I was 27ish.

Trust me.. be careful with your back. More core exercise will help tremendously in preventing future issues and reinjuries.

Been doing physical therapy and regular doctor visits for 5 weeks.

By taking it easy.. I mean like they told me not to lift more than 10 lbs for 2 weeks, then 15 for the next 2, now I'm limited to 20.

My dog growing up used to howl at the phone if nobody picked it up by the 2nd ring. And if you picked it up while he was in mid-howl you had to wait for him to wind down before you could say anything because you couldn't hear the person on the other end of the line.

Adopted from the pound, so a lab/retriever mutt. He's in my avatar on here

    Lol nice

Haha yep, this is the thing my dog was howling at the one time he did I think, always at least barked at the sirens. Doesn't anymore though, can't hear them or doesn't care lol

Mine gets freaked out by tall people. Anybody over 6 feet and she gets nervous, lol. My whole family, GF's whole family, most of our friends, etc are in the 5'7-5'9 range. She didn't meet anyone who was tall until she was a couple of years old, and they weird her out.

Haha yep, beagles like to be vocal. Bear, my dog, never really barked at people when he met them except for one neighbor. I wonder if she reminded him of something or what, weird.
