My gut instinct is yes since I had that same set up, but with 1.5 inch spacers. I say locate someone to do the CMC, and if you need to cut after the tire install...then you can do so.

I know man, it was a sad realization for me as well. Keep in mind you wont rub until making a turn like you are going to park, but it does get annoying fast with tires of that size if they do rub.

What's that BroSKI? Dude my shits rubbed like a bia when I got my 285s on. I hated having to drive anywhere as I had to park like a blind grandma.

Don't get me all excited that there's an opportunity I don't have to do a CMC.

I have heard of some getting lucky with not having to cut. I don't know man, I say throw them on. The CMC for 285s can take a decent fabber like an hour to do. Worst case, you can cut the metal yourself and then get a guy to weld in time. I actually had mine cut up for almost a month. Besides keeping debris out, structurally you would be fine with some open holes in the mean time if that makes sense.

Is there room/place for a winch? What would you place in those massive holes on the sides?

    Other suggestion would be Pelfreybilt.

The CBI Moab and Dakar front bumpers are similar to that, cheaper, and imo look better. You may want to check them out as well.
