yea, 285/75 is about the most ill go on 3.73 gears. That is actually what i was running on my silverado.

 

I'm about to put some 285/75 on mine. That size looks great on ours trucks. I wouldn't go to a bigger tire without a regear

 

I hear that. 285/75 looks great on a leveled Tacoma.

 

I'm gonna put an icon stage 2 suspension lift kit on it. It is adjustable between 0-2.75" so I'm just gonna level it that way. I'm goint the backspacing option on wheels because I trust it more than spacers

 

@bama taco how did you like your Silverado? How would you rate it compared to a Tacoma

Its different. I liked the extra interior space of the silverado, but it didn't fit in my garage like the Tacoma does. Plus, a Tacoma is about the best hunting truck there is. Ultimately, in buying a new truck, I wanted something that was going to last and not rattle to death on the interior over time. Toyota it is!

Because the engineering market is over flooded with people that shouldn't have been engineers but are because they were just chasing money and now none of us make any more money than you average business grad, doing silly administrative and sales tasks meaning you'll never engineer a damn thing, if you can even find a job to begin with.

I feel like thats a matter of opinion, I personally find it interesting and like it but to each his own. Scotty turns into a infant when it comes to anything electrical.
