Just a terrible riding position. I think the fact that it's perfectly fine to ride like that in most peoples' minds is sort of her point. One hand on the bars, leaning off to one side, not holding the tank with your knees, heels on the pegs. Noel's right though, at least he has SOME of the right gear on.

duck feet is usually a dead giveaway of a squid. good way to get your ankle broken going around a turn, not as much control, and not as agile in emergency situations

i do do the off to one side, one handed thing on the highway though. but i keep my toes on the pegs

 

I am always two handed only highways and tend to take one hand off on back roads, but not around turns.
When I bought my bike the previous owner had put a set of forward pegs on but I hardly use them. I like the mid pegs for control, and quick access to rear brake in emergency situation.

 

I always squeeze the tank with my knees, and keep toes on the pegs as well.

I ride one handed and off to the side on the highway as well. Comfort counts, especially on @Pugga's bike... That seat hurt my butt
