My bro just ordered a set for me. Currently TSB+AAL, 1" block, B110's. Gonna throw this in, delete the block, ubolt flip/timbrens and install an ATO traction bar. Might even throw the TrueTrac in while i'm there. I'm excited. :D

My customer Alex @twf007 has been very helpful in getting some testing and miles on the Archive shackle flip, Archive SUA conversion kit and Deaver U539/540's.
    http://archivegarage.com/products/deaver-u539540-pair
The combination is working very well for him, he is very pleased with the setup in all respects.

Alex, an engineering student, installed 2.5 × 16" King smooth body remote reservoir shocks with his own bed cage. It appears he is pulling about 13"-14" travel, slightly limited by his stock rear fenders, which Alex is going to trim up soon.

He's got the truck fitted with the RT tent and will be enjoying and wheeling in Moab, and I look forward to getting a report on how it all works in that environment.

Thanks for sharing, I assume he literally created his own SUA from a deaver kit? Or did he get an SUA from a fabricator? Def interested in more info.

    That's from a designer ---> Archive :thumbsup:

Off the shelf Deaver U539/540 springs which install in stock hangers.
Archive Shackle flip w/5" shackles. It does require drilling new holes to move brackets forward. But I have instructions and holes in brackets that help facilitate
Archive SUA conv. kit: perch, plates, ubolts

Ah ok cool so you guys do make the perches and everything. Def cool, I will have to check out your site on it. By chance I am curious if it might be similar to the TC bolt on SUA mid travel kit since I assume you use somewhat similar bolting locations? With that being said, I think the rear part does change the geometry of the SUA though from factory locations from the looks of it.

What tire and wheel compo are you running, interested in the wheel width, offset and BS and spacer size if running them. Tire to shock clearance. I would like to run this setup but don't necessarily want spacers. Just a note, I would prefer to have threads showing past the nut on the u bolts.

The U bolts are trimmed and I also supply top-lock grade C (8 equiv.) stover nuts.
I know Alex has 1.25" spacers
You would need a wheel with 3-3.5" backspacing without a spacer

Pulling those numbers it almost doesn't make sense to move the spring perches and install longer springs. Damn.

Installed the kit. Those factory rivets suuuuuuck. Once everything was out, she went smooth as silk. Did I mention the rivets suck?

Before: stock 3+aal springs, 1" block
After: OME, no block, ubolt flip, shackle flip in standard position.

Gained about 1.5" lift. Sitting about 16.5-17" wheel lip to fender (roughly 25.5-26" hub to fender). I need to check again.

EDIT: The kit is extremely well put together. Bracket fit like a glove, extra bolts are provided if you want to go the drill more holes route, easy to follow instructions. Everything lined up very nicely. Might go play a little on Monday and see how she does. Should be interesting.

Attempted to install mine today. Let's just say I didn't get too far. There has to be an easier way to get the old mounts off. Got all but one off though. Struggling with one of the bottom factory rivits is causing me issues. All of them did actually. Haha

Trying again tomorrow morning and then hopefully just bolting them up and moving on.

Punching out the lower rivets bends the crossmember. Started doing that then had to get it back in the hole, clamp it down and drill it out. Top ones can be punched out after grinding flat.

You guys must be using some shit drill bits.

If you get the proper bit, it will do both hangers in about 2 minutes.
